All was all set up and ready, thanks to Pres Colin, PP David Weston and Hon Rotarian Ivor, when the the first shift of Roger Pollock, Mike Green and Bernard Paull arrived just before 9.00. Our first customer also arrived just before 9.00. Sales during the morning were steady but good. The blue bulbs were particularly popular.
The Mayor of Bridport, Ian Bark, paid a visit and invited the Club to attend the Mayors Quiz on Sunday 27 Novenber at the Youth and Community Centre.
At 11.00am Malcolm French and new member Peter Richards arrived for the second shift at a time when trade was brisk. By the end of the morning about 80 pots had been sold including all of the blue!
