Rotary of Kharkiv and the support we provide
Rotary of Kharkiv is twinned with our club. Early in 2022, Russia invaded Ukraine.
In March 2022, we sent £850 of food to support the Rotarians and there families.
In May 2022, we provided one of there Rotarian's and family a home, expenses and friendship.
In June 2022, we applied for a District Emergency Response Fund Grant for two ambulances to help the hospitals of Kharkiv.
in August 2022, we approached other twin clubs and they have supported our twin club by also applying for a grant to help purchase 1000 laptops to help education in Ukraine.
