The Kenilworth Advent Calendar gets support from Kenilworth Celebrity

Andrew Davies, long-term Kenilworth resident, BAFTA Fellow, author and playwright came out endorsing the Kenilworth Advent Calendar recently.  Posing with Nigel Elliott, chairman of the Talisman Theatre, Andrew said: “I’m delighted to be able to support the Kenilworth Rotary Club in its current fundraiser, which will benefit a range of local charities including the Talisman Theatre.

Nigel Elliott, Chairman of the Talisman Theatre, added: “The Talisman Theatre is extremely grateful to the Kenilworth Rotary Club for the support it continues to give to the Theatre.  The Kenilworth Advent Calendar is a brilliant initiative and we hope the people of Kenilworth will support it.”

Rotary says: “It’s a virtuous investment!  What’s special about this Calendar is that, not only is it a fundraiser for 5 local charities, it’s also a source of very special prizes, all donated by local businesses and all waiting to be won.  Every Calendar bears a unique number.  Every day during Advent, we’ll hold a draw for 5 of those numbers and they’ll win the prizes listed for that day.  In total, 120 prizes with a value of more than £5000.”
