Teams return every year to enjoy the golf, the friendship, the breakfast and the awards dinner at the challenging East Berkshire Golf Club.
The natural watercourses that flow on the land guard the greens and heather is used as a feature to provide cross hazards to reduce the need for bunkers and maintain a natural look to the course. These natural barriers and cleverly designed doglegs mean the course plays a lot longer than the 6,200 yardage suggests. Coupled with fast undulating greens, this makes for a real challenge of not only a player’s striking ability but also their discipline and course strategy. See www.eastberkshiregolfclub.com
The beneficiaries of the golf tournament organised by the Rotary Club of Easthampstead are local charities around Bracknell, Wokingham, and Crowthorne.
To support our Rotary Open Golf Tournament 2023, why not sponsor a hole or help fund the prizes? The event gets local press coverage across Berkshire, reaching communities and businesses in Reading, Bracknell, Wokingham, Crowthorne, Ascot and Windsor.
