Covid Memorial Service
Rotarians assisted at a special Civic Memorial Service organised by Honorary Rotarian Lynn Langlands (pictured).
The memorial service, which was held on Bexhill Seafront adjacent to the Memorial Tree, was to honour all those who helped during the recent Covid pandemic and to remember those that were lost.
The service attracted a large crowd of local people in fine and dry weather keen to pay their respects. Local dignitaries also came to pay their respects and pay tributes to those who helped during the shutdown, including Bexhill Rotary Club who assisted with weekly collections for the Bexhill Foodbank, shopping for the vulnerable and marshalling at various vaccination points.
