Winner of Rotary GB&I Young Musician Competition-instrumental category
The competition was held in Chetham’s School of Music, Manchester. Here she is being presented with her winner’s trophy and certificate by DG Eric Russell (D1240) and Humanitarian Team Lead for RotaryGB&I, Cheryle Berry.
The three adjudicators, acclaimed International musicians, were unanimous in their choice and praised the amazing talents of Al 12 competitors.
Charlie was sponsored by the Rotary Club of Kilmarnock.
Eva Scullion was the overall winner of the Young Vocalist Competition.
The adjudicators were - John Gough; Ronan Dunno and Sandra Dugdale.

Charlie Boax, who attends Grange Academy, was the winner of our local Rotary Young Musician competition. On Sunday, 23 April, Charlie competed in the RIGBI Young Musician Final in Manchester and was again successful.
