THE GREAT SOUTH RUN 2023

The 33rd annual Great South Run 2023
Runners started the race at Clarence Esplanade Southsea, running the streets of Portsmouth, through the Historic Dockyard, past HMS Victory, and on to the finishing line on Southsea Common.
Over 20,000 competitors took part in the 33rd annual 10 mile(16k) run in the best running weather conditions.
Our President Ken and friend of the club Richard Reincke took part as Community Ken & Tricky Dickie, raising funds for our chosen charities of the year.:-
The Hunter Centre, and Talk to Me Counselling Service at Haslewey
Having trained for many weeks both Ken & Richard finished the race, and raising £4572.
