St Albans Swimathon

The Annual St Albans Rotary Swimathon raises much needed funds local charities.

Swimathon aims to encourage people in the community to have fun swimming while raising funds for local community projects and organisations

The first St Albans Rotary Swimathon took place in 2019 with sponsorship and help from Everyone Active at Westminster Lodge and the Salmon Club, St. Alban’s swimming club for disabled people.

We are proud that our four previous Swimathons have raised over £27,000 for local charities – Herts Young Homeless, Mind in Mid Herts, Women’s (and Men’s) Refuge, and Youth Talk.

In 2024, we were swimming for Riding for the Disabled. They support children and adults with a multitude of physical and mental health issues and they need our help.

We are hoping that you, your families, colleagues and friends will join us to support our 2025 Charity this year at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre on Saturday 26th April.

Please lend us a hand by telling your friends and families about the Swimathon.

With your help we want the next Swimathon to be our biggest event yet.
