Following the natural disasters in Pakistan and China, there are now millions of people in need of water and shelter. The Rotary Club of Thame made an appeal to the local community to support Rotary's charities ShelterBox and Aquabox

Members of the club collected in front of the Thame Town Hall on Saturday 21 August between 9 am and 3 pm. The collection was supported by many local people, including Lionel Morbey, Thame Town Councillor (in the picture below on the left; Bob Livings on the right).

Bob Livings, Chairman of The International Committee at the Rotary Club of Thame said:
"I would like to say a "Big Thank you!" to the people of Thame and villages
