President's Night is allways a popular event in any social clubs calendar, this proved to be the case when March Rotary Club held it's own on Saturday 26th at the Conservative Club.

Some seventy Members, Guests and visitors from other Rotary clubs sat down to a fine 5 course meal served by the friendly and ever efficient staff. Grace was said by Rtn. Ross Davies, with President John Lattimore proposing the Loyal toast and Welcome.

He thanked all members for the support he had received during a very busy year so far, and in particular, his wife, Sheila, to universal approbation.

Senior Vice President John Orbell proposed the toast to The Ladies, the response being graciously given by President's Lady, Sheila Lattimore.

Dancing continued till midnight, with music from The Skyliners, a Peterborough based five piece band, who gave exactly the right mix of tempo and volume.

Tribute must also be paid to Margaret Horton, who interpreted an idea, and did the artwork for the menus.
