Disability Games

The Disability Games were brought to District 1070 when the 9 clubs from District 1270 moved across.

The Stamford Club organised the games for 2018, 2019, and the aborted (Covid) 2020. The Lincoln group had to abandon the one on 2021 for the same reason, but ran a very successful one in 2022. In 2023 & 2024 the event moves to Leicester.

The plan is that we end up with at least 5 areas of the district who organise it for 2 years at a time, so it only comes round to a group every 10 years. In that way it will become more widely known around the whole district and will attract more competitors.

The photograph below shows the determination of the Competitors and the Fun they have.
