Care Aid is a directory of local services produced in leaflet format. It is intended as a resource for carers, families and friends of those receiving home care.
Message in a Bottle is an Emergency Information Scheme involving provision of a small plastic bottle containing personal and medical information for use by emergency services in the event of a call out, particularly where the patient or carer has difficulty in communicating The scheme was devised originally by the Rotary Club of Cardiff Bay.
