Rotary Charity Shop

The Club ran a successful charity shop in Galashiels town centre for three days recently. Rotary and Inner Wheel members staffed the shop, even coping with such new fangled devices as a till! Items sold were bric a brac and collectibles.

By the end of the three days, over £800 had been raised. This money will be used for community projects in the town including some of the Club's youth activities.

Rotarians are very grateful to local people who donated goods and bought things from the shop and are planning to make this a regular event. They are especially grateful to Phil Macari for allowing use of the premises.
