Past President Maurice Randall ( newly honoured Paul Harris Fellow ) hands over to Bruce Bulgin, President for 2013/14. Mrs Dee Bulgin, wife of Bruce, happily joins the group.
We have enjoyed an excellent year with President Maurice and we all look forward to the coming year, supporting President Bruce and his team.
