The Rotary Club of Oswestry has been running the Millicent Kaye Art Competition for young people since 1996 in memory of well known local artist Millicent Kaye who died in that year.
The Rotary Club of Oswestry has run this popular art competition in memory of local artist Millicent Kaye every year since her death in 1996. The competition was open to Year 5 and 6 pupils at local primary schools. This year it attracted 280 entries on the theme "The Way to the Castle
