Paul Harris Fellowship award to Frank Harris

Presentation of Paul Harris fellowship to Rotarian Frank Harris member of the Rotary Club of Wickford


President Chris Bushell announced the award of the Paul Harris Fellowship to Frank by saying. 

 

Frank Harris has been a member at Wickford Rotary Club since 1983, and amongst other things served the Club as President in 1990/1.

Frank is in many ways one of the unsung heroes of Rotary. Frank has provided this Rotary Club with its home for a number of years now, here at The Chichester. Frank has made a point of holding costs to the best that he can afford to do, for what is an excellent location, which gives us all of the facilities that we need as a Club.
