On Monday the 17th February the Rotary Club of March was given a talk by Cliff Carson Environmental Officer at the Middle Level Commissioners who was introduced to the Club by Rotarian Don Morris.
Cliff has over 40 years of practical experience in wildlife conservation management, especially wetlands, wet grasslands, rivers, drains and ditches. He influences the Middle Level
