Barbara West : Paul Harris Award

Barbara West was presented with the Paul Harris Fellowship Award following the Club's annual Christmas dinner.
Barbara and her husband, Rotarian Gordon West, are the first couple at Newbury Rotary to have both been independently awarded this great honour
