Charities supported in 2014-2015

We are proud to support the following charities in this past Rotary year and we will continue to support many of them in the future.....


Above we are presenting cheques to two local charities KINDA and the PNCS but we have also donated to the following charities this year:

Local Charities:

Wales Air Ambulance 

Midlands Air Ambulance 

Knighton Churches Together Lunch Club Christmas lunch

Knighton Rugby Club Youth team

Knighton Twinning Association - Junior football team to Varades

Knighton Community Centre video youth project

St Michael's Hospice

Knighton Food Bank 

Presteigne and Norton Community Support Furniture Warehouse.

Freetown Sunset Rotary Club - Radios for school children affected by Ebola in Sierra Leone

Shelterbox for disaster relief in Vanuatu and Nepal

After another very rewarding year we look forward to continuing to make a real difference in our community whilst sharing our enjoyment of Rotary.
