President Stuart Scott, Rotary Club of Halesowen and Rowley Regis in the West Midlands represented the Worldwaterworks team to present certificates to three girls from the Lapal Primary School who raised a magnificent £201 to pay for a Water-Survival Box. The idea sprang from a holiday visit by one of the girls and her family when they stayed in a B & B near Bath run by Rotarian Ray Lithgo and his wife Jacky. The money was raised by baking cakes and then selling them to their classmates, teachers and families. What a great achievement from these 10 year olds each of whom received a certificate of appreciation. www.worldwaterworks.org
