Melksham Rotary have been running the ArtHouse Cafe since 2011, with the help of volunteers.  Currently our brilliant volunteer coordinator Tessa Missen ensures that both the morning and afternoon shifts are covered by volunteers from her pool of 35 plus Rotarians. 

On Thursday 12 November, Melksham Rotary Club President Sarah thanked the volunteers for all their hard work that has enabled the cafe to raise over £55,000 to donate to local good causes.  There will be a formal presentation evening of cheques to the latest recepients of the donations on Monday 30th November, where each organisation has been asked to give a 3 minute overview of what the money means to their organsation.  All volunteers are welcome to attend the event so that they can hear first hand what a how their volunteering helps the wider community.
