Youth Speak Intermediate Final
The winners of the Intermediate competition were the team from St Aloysius’ College sponsored by Rotary Club of Glasgow.
The team consisted of - Chairperson Humzah Razzaq, holding trophy centrally is Speaker Scarlett Morris and on left is Vote of Thanks Eva Pryce.
Topic was entitled “Goldilocks” which was about taking the middle ground and avoiding extremes.
Senior judge John Pears in his summing up commented on the very high standard achieved by all the contestants. The final result was very close and after long deliberations both the winners and runners up from St Andrews & St Brides High School sponsored by Rotary Club of East Kilbride go forward to the regional final.
