The main conference will commence on Saturday 28th October.

However we invite you to join us for some fellowship on the Afternoon of Friday 27th October and take part in some of our social activites that have been laid on.

All of these can be booked on the registration form and we recommend on doing so quickly as numbers are restricted for these events.


Friday 27th October, Nethybridge Golf Course Club House
Players are invited to tee off at Nethybridge between 12 noon to 13:30pm
Players can taken part in 9 hole stableford competitions: single and or mixed greensomes.
Even occasional golfers can taken part - we will give you a handicap
Soup and Sandwiches are included in the price and can be provided before the round for late tee offs and after the round for early tee offs.

Guided Tour of Rothiemurchus (coach safari) - FULLY BOOKED

Friday 27th October
Transport will be provided from Coylumbridge Hotel departing 13:30pm (returning to Hotel around 16:30pm/17:00pm) 
A friendly knowledgeable Ranger will guide us around this truly splendid Highland estate providing a commentary throughout on the Estates history, the landscape and wildlife diversity.  The route will include a visit to Tullochgrue, providing a view into the heart of the Cairngorms and an introduction to life on Rothiemurchus.  A stop at Loch an Eilein will provide a breath-taking view across the loch and the Ranger will tell us about the cultural history of this magical place.

Mystery Walk

Saturday 28th October
Departing from Coylumbridge Hotel at 09:30am
A 3.5 mile (5.5km) walk from Coylumbridge Hotel to the Pulchar area and Lochan Mor (Lily Loch).  A chance to enjoy some fresh air in the company of others in this beautiful area of Rothiemurchus.  This is not a guided walk as such but there will be experienced walkers taking part who know the area and ensure no one goes astray!  Bring warm clothing / waterproofs (just in case) and sturdy footwear
