Litter Pick in Princess Anne Park

This morning, members of our Rotary Club joined other community groups to carry out a major litter-pick in Princess Anne Park, Washington. 'Keep Washington Tidy', 'Washington Clean and Green' Team, the Sunderland Council Team, and Washington Forge Rotary, worked on this clean up of the area. A fantastic example of groups joining forces to the benefit of our local community and the environment. And thank you to the 'Everyone Active' staff at Washington Leisure Centre for providing welcome refreshments afterwards. Well done everyone.
