Despite the early cloud and breeze, massive crowds again turned up to the Bodiam Recreation Ground and enjoyed the Rotary Club of Senlac’s 26th Classic Car Show and Craft Faire on Father’s Day, 17thJune 2018. Nearly 350 vehicles were on display and early indications are that in excess of £20,000 was raised for charity.

The Rotary Club of Senlac would like to give their warmest thanks to the 1066 Show Marshalls, the Sea Cadets, Senlac Explorer Scouts, St Johns Ambulance, the AA and all family and friends of Rotarians who helped out on the day.

On the day one exhibitor emailed the club;

“Would you please pass on to all the volunteers acting as car parking stewards my sincere thanks for the planning of and the undertaking of, the parking arrangements for the show.
Everyone of them deserve the thanks from all of us who attended either as exhibitors or spectators for such friendly help.
My first visit exhibiting the MGB from entry to exit was thoroughly enjoyable.
Thank you
Alex Wilson”

Next year’s show will be on Sunday, 16th June 2019.
