A Dinner to celebrate Denis’ year as President of RIBI

DATE:                   Saturday 9 June 2018

VENUE:                Salomons, Broomhill Road, Southborough, Tunbridge Wells, TN3 0TG. Tel 01892 515152 DIRECTIONS

TIME:                   Starting at 6.00pm, Ending at Midnight

DRESS:                 Formal dress (with regalia)

COST:                   £48.50 per person

DETAILS:              Guests to start arriving from 6.00 – 6.30pm for drinks and canapes in the terrace / conservatory area of the venue.  At 7.30pm we will move into the theatre for a 3 course meal with coffee.  Abacus Disco (DJ – Simon) will provide the music from around 10.00pm to midnight.  There is a bar for drinks.

BOOKING:           Can you send a cheque made payable to Rotary Club of Strood for your tickets at £48.50 per person. Please include with your booking any dietary requirements we need to be aware of.  Also, please tell me the name of your club and also give me an email address.  Send it to me at 180 Edwin Road, Rainham, Kent, ME8 0AH.  I will send an email confirmation to you which will serve as a ticket should it be required.

ACCOMMODATION:        We have negotiated B&B at the following rates - £72.00 for single and £94.50 for double or twin room.  Please book directly with Salomons on 01892 515152 quoting Rotary Club of Strood event on 9 June 2018 for these rates.  I attach their guide for travelling and a pictorial view of the estate. The accommodation is in Broomhill and Canterbury buildings.  You may arrive any time after 3pm.  For any less able guests, the hotel has a golf buggy in which they can take you to / from your accommodation/venue, but please tell this to them at the time of booking your room. Salomon’s is no-smoking in grounds as well as buildings. There are designated smoking areas close to the entrance doors only.
