Derwen College Summer Fete 2018

The Oswestry Rotary Club stall was busy all afternoon raising £181, and hopefully a few smiles, for the Derwen College Summer Fete in its new location near the Farm Shop.  Bathed in lovely sunshine, visitors, including former member David Towers who attended with his wife Lyn, enjoyed all our entertainments!

"It felt like a good afternoon for The Derwen!" commented retiring Community Services Chair Mike Griffiths. "We are delighted to have contributed in our way to such a successful afternoon for this fantastic college - it all helps towards their target for their Therapy and Fitness Centre," said Mike,  "Thanks to everyone who visited our stall!"
