Recognition for 22years of our Jaipur Charity Dinner

PAUL HARRIS FELLOWSHIP
For the information of non-Rotarians, Paul Harris was the founder of Rotary in 1905. In the UK, a Paul Harris Fellowship is an award recognising someone who has made an exceptional contribution to Rotary.
At the Christmas Dinner and Special General Meeting on 12th December, our Club awarded a Paul Harris Fellowship to Mr Ahad, former owner of the Jaipur Restaurant in Milton Keynes. Through his commitment and cooperation, our annual charity dinner held at his restaurant raised over £50,000 for the Rotary Jaipur Limb Project (RJLP) during the last 22 years.
RJLP provides prosthetics to amputees in developing countries, enabling the recipients to regain mobility and continue working, thereby supporting their family and community.
