Big Breakfast 2019

On Sunday 14th July Chelwood Bridge Rotary Club held it's 10th annual Big Breakfast, a perfect way to start the day for individuals, couples and families in a large marquee adjoining Stanton Drew Village Hall. The team of Rotarians from the Club prepared early for the diners who had booked in which included 63 from the Historic and Classic Car Club who once again started their rally after the hearty breakfast. The morning was also perfect, although a little too hot for the chefs but nevertheless a great atmosphere enjoyed by all that attended, in fact one diner was heard to remark ' this year's breakfast was the best ever with the sausages and bacon out of this world' so says it all. The two large food and drink hamper draw prizes were this year won by members of the car club, hope they enjoy the contents. Next year the Big Breakfast will again be on the Sunday following the Stanton Drew Flower Show which will be 25th July so look forward to seeing more people dining. A big thank you to all those that made this such a brilliant event.
