Wickford wins the Soap Box Derby!!
Well, that got your attention! No we didn't win the race, but we won lots of hearts!
For the second year running Wickford Rotary entered the Billericay Rotary Soap Box Derby with a fantastic entry along the theme of the Lion King!
Wickford was joined by a number of other Rotary Clubs in the District this year to put on some great carts, but the people of Billericay really warmed to the joy of the Wickford Cart!
Despite the cooler weather the crowds really enjoyed the day, and we loved seeing the kids enthralled by our Lion Dog!
