Observed, documented and published the clinical prognostic indicators of neurological recovery in the first 72 hours following injury. Demonstrated in various publications that neurological recovery occurs in the presence of traumatic: spinal canal encroachment , cord compression & biomechanical instability when the SI is adequately treated with Active Physiological Conservative Managgement & complications from the multisystem physiological impairment/malfunction are prevented.
Enabled SPIRIT charity to support over 100 health care professionals from all disciplines and from over 40 countries to acquire knowledge, training & experience in the management of patients with SI.
