Forth Bridge Abseil reaches £1m
South Queensferry Rotary Club's spectacular fundraiser reaches two milestones.
The Rotary Club of South Queensferry runs an annual fundraiser where participants can abseil down the iconic Forth Bridge. The abseilers nominate a charity and find sponsors to support them, raising a significant amount for a number of charities over the years.
This year is special for reaching not one but two milestones. This not only the tenth year of the event, but the amount raised for charity crossed the one million pound barrier.
