Clive is a Human Resources professional who, before joining Peninsula, was Director of HR with the UK's largest privately owned retailer in it's sector. Originally in an operational role, Clive was part of a small team which grew and developed an organisation from 3 stores to 35 sites with eventually over 650 employees. Clive’s many years in business, in numerous management roles, enables him to use ‘real life’ experiences to help managers, business owners and directors of all types and sizes of businesses to understand their legal obligations whilst focusing on maximum employee performance.
