Susan coaches across business and organisations for wellbeing, resilience, and de-stress in these challenging times, with long-standing coaching experience in communities across the UK, and beyond, including coaching leaders to navigate, collaborative partnerships across Scotland. Susan is a doctorate registrant researcher at Glasgow Caledonian University, within the Business and Society School, writing a thesis on 'leadership in times of uncertainty and complexity'.
With associates, Susan runs Mindful Compassion resilience courses (MBSR) and Health and Well-being workshops, for de-stress, to ‘calm the mind’, and overcome anxiety
This experiential session will guide you through a variety of practical and realistic techniques allowing you to find calm, de-stress and overcome anxiety.
