South West District Rotary Clubs focus on membership pack

South West Group

The South West area of the District, led by Assistant Governor Hazel Brindle, have produced a professional corporate presentation folder to be used by all eleven Clubs in the South West AG Group.

Intended outcomes include:

1.   To circulate the folders to organisations, particularly for any pre-retirement sessions

2.   To promote the image of Rotary

3.   To raise awareness of Rotary, the folder will contain core Rotary material and other appropriate content to promote each Club

4.   To create a good impression and so entice prospective members to look inside

5.   Attract new enquiries / potential membership from a wider range of communities and so encourage a more diverse membership

6.   To present a professional corporate image of Rotary

7.   To demonstrate Rotarians as People of Action within their communities and show how they are improving lives
