Mindfulness Workshop

Mental Health is an important topic and one we're passionate about at Maidenhead Rotaract. So join us this Mental Health Week to take part in a series of workshops to learn how to manage stress, relax and look after yourself.


At this workshop we are joined by Tricia Wilkie from Mind Hub Maidenhead, a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor. Tricia is going to share some simple mindfulness techniques that we can practice in our day to day activities to manage any anxiety, depression, stress, unhelpful thinking and negative behaviours This will be followed by a Q&A.
