Lockdown has restricted our normal fundraising activities for our community work, so we decided to try a “Virtual Afternoon Tea”. We suggested that people organised their own afternoon tea or host a small tea party if their circumstances allowed - an connect in via Zoom for a 30 minute talk on the Traditions and etiquette of afternoon tea, provided by Rtn Bernardine Maloney. Unfortunately, we had to hastily reschedule the event to avoid a clash with the funeral of HRH Prince Philip, but ended up with online connections from the U.K., Ireland and USA
