You can synchronise this Google Calendar with your own Google Calendar by clicking on the + in the bottom RH corner or you can add individual events to your Calendar when you click on them.

It is already synchronised with the District Governor's own Diary Calendar so when that is updated, this is updated automatically and so is your Google calendar that has been synchronised with it.

You should also be able get your own computer's Calendar App to Subscribe to your synchronised Google Calendar so that it is also synchronised.
