InFocus launch
InFocus launch

infocus” will launch on Thursday 9th September at 5pm. Every month, taking place on the second Thursday at 5pm (except April – first Thursday due to Easter), the infocus learning series will bring to life one of Rotary’s Areas of Focus or subjects associated to our own charity, The Rotary Foundation.

Please book your place for the opening event using this link: https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_ZKuHPWX0TOOyiV7m0lJknA

We kick-off on the 9th September, with Matthew Kane on Economic and Community Development in our towns and cities. Matthew’s talk will be based on the concept of Launch My City, looking at how this can be adapted and adopted in Great Britain & Ireland; see the website for further information.

This is a brilliant opportunity to invite potential external project and community partners to the talk, as a prelude to Rotary becoming a catalyst to regenerating economies in our towns and cities. Please discuss in your clubs who you might be able to invite; don’t forget they could be potential members! This could be representatives from your local Chamber of Commerce, connections from partner organisations or other community groups. We have created a template for the learning series, so please see attached PDF flyer for the first event which also has a registration link embedded. Please feel free to share also.
