Marshalling in the City
It was well worth getting up at the crack of dawn to marshal at the Sunderland City Runs.
The vibe was amazing - around 3,000 people took part in this year's marathon and many runners raised money for good causes. Fundraising legend Colin Burgin-Plews aka The Man in the Big Pink Dress ran 10km in a giant sunflower dress to raise money for St Benedict’s Hospice.
We had a great time and will definitely be back to marshal next year!
