Donation to School for Abandoned Girls in India

Keertna Sapra accepted a donation of £500 from Rotaract to buy desks for the School in India

Keertna returned to St Andrews for a wedding, so money raised almost 3 years ago by Lyndsey Sutherland could be handed over to Keertna to buy new desks for the School.  These desks will update the original desks purchased with a donation from John Black, which after 6 years of hard use are less than adequate.  Lyndsey was an intern at the School in 2018 and raised over £400 performingin a gig near her home in Inverness.

Keertna has supported the school for many years and started the project to interview and select 2 St Andrews University students to have a one month summer internship at the School.  This project was operational for 3 years until halted by the Covid pandemic.
