Ripon Rotary Sanctuary Walk

The start of the Sanctuary Walk around Ripon and raising funds for Prostate Cancer Research and the Ripon Walled Garden.

This annual walk was held on Saturday September 12th and the route took in the 10 mile walk around the sanctuary markers, established in the past by the two Rotary clubs and surrounding the city. 

We had 20 walkers and a dog who raised £760 for Prostrate Cancer Research and the Ripon Walled Garden, supporting those with learning difficulties.

Members provided signage, marshals, refreshments and en-route support.
