Reflections on travels

The speaker at the meeting of Kendal Rotary Club on 2January was Ken Thwaites, one of their own members who gave an illustrated presentation detailing some of his many travels in Africa and Cuba. He visited such places Botswana, Namibia and South Africa including Robben Island (the prison which held Nelson Mandela).
