Year 6 had a fantastic day at Wilberforce House in Hull yesterday as part of their History learning. This term the children are exploring the big question: 'How can history help us to understand if slavery has truly been abolished?' A massive thank you to Cleethorpes Rotary Club and Marion Hill for their generous donations towards the cost of this visit.

Wow! What an amazing experience our Year 5 pupils had yesterday! On the final day of our 'Children Challenging Industry' project, our Year 5 class visited CATCH and saw how their learning in Science directly links to the real world of work. The children were fascinated by the idea of apprenticeships and how you can be paid to work whilst still learning.

Our World of Work curriculum is unique to our school and is one way in which we prepare children for the next stage.
