The Hadza Tribe
John Blowes
The speaker at the meeting of Kendal Rotary Club on 16th June was John Blowes, the President of Carnforth Rotary Club who gave a presentation about the ‘HADZA’. The Hadza tribe, is one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer societies in Africa of which there are only about 400 people left. John has spent time living and helping them and showed members how they live and survive in modern day Tanzania.
