25th StarTrek anniversary 2017
The 2017 StarTrek Challenge was the 25th anniversary of the event. The Lord Lieutenant of Devon and his wife visited and started the event following which they chatted with walkers and volunteers.

Ilfracombe Rotary Club is a group of fun like-minded people who meet regularly to help improve our local community, and the lives of people throughout the world. For example, Rotarians have, for many years, provided considerable financial support for the world wide eradication of Polio, and supported many other worthy causes.
Ilfracombe Rotary Club welcomes anyone from 18 to 80 who would like to work together to support local organisations with fund-raising events like our pop-up charity shops, car boot sales and much more. Ilfracombe Rotary Club also has a very active Youth Programme, organising such activities as Young Speaker, Young Writer, Young Chef and Young Photographer, and has initiated the set-up of a Youth Rotary Club - Ilfracombe Interact Club "“ for ages 12-18.
We also have regular meetings with guest speakers, social events like Sunday lunches, skittles matches, game and quiz nights, so if you are new to the area it is a great way to meet people.and make new friends.
