Welcome to the website of the Rotary Club of Cowes

                                                                                                      

  Cowes Rotary Club was first formed in the 1920's, the Club was closed during the Second World War, and was not restarted until 1965. Now it is a thriving body with Members of both sexes, and has much to offer the community of Cowes. The Club is also twinned with the Rotary Club of La Rochelle in France.

Water Survival BoxHAITI EARTHQUAKE COLLECTIONS 

Following fund raising at their Burn's Night Supper & a collection outside
 Sainsbury's, Cowes on Saturday 23rd January, the Rotary Club of Cowes has
 donated a further 3 Water Survival Boxes to the Haiti Earthquake Appeal.
The Water Survival Box provide the victims of disaster with a life saving
 supply of safe drinking water & other essential items.

  NEW KIT FOR EAST COWES YOUTH FOOTBALL TEAM 

Rotary Club of Cowes President Anna Morgan-Crockett & Rotarians Barry Myland & Brian Saunders with the Under 12's in their new kit. 

New kit has been provided by the Rotary Club of Cowes for the Youth Football Team. The Under 12s team started together at Under 8s in mini soccer and have stayed together ever since. It welcomes boys & girls of all abilities playing competitive matches on Sunday mornings.

Visiting Rotarians Boats in the RYS Haven at Cowes
 
Held at the Royal Yacht Squadron, Cowes to raise funds for the Cowes Sea Cadets, the event attracted some 130 Guests. 19 boats came with 15 berthed in the RYS Haven. Our Speaker, Alan Priddy, entertained us with some highly amusing tales on the high seas amongst tropical islands with 'Lively Lady'. .......more info
