About us

Welcome to the web pages of the Rotary club of Carlisle South.

Serving our local, national & international communities for OVER 50 years since our formation in 1967.

We carry out a huge range of activities for both service and fellowship, helping people in our own local community and those further afield, some we know, some we will never know.

As a club we have always 'punched above our weight' and put more into the community than a club our size normally would.

We are situated on the edge of the historic city of Carlisle where the beautiful Lake District meets Hadrians Wall country. Steeped in history from the Reivers, the military and the railways to the award winning museum, Tullie House, Carlisle always has something to see.

Carlisle South Club works hard to mix modern Rotary ways with the history and tradition of Rotary
