Fleet Rotary give a kitchen to the new Guides HQ
Fleet Rotary have donated £2500.00 to the 600 local Fleet and Church Crookham Guides to equip their new premises with a kichen - including all of the units, work surfaces, two cookers and the sink etc.

Fleet Rotary give £1780.00 to Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice

Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice representative, Georgi Robinson-Welch explained to Fleet Rotary President David White that for over 30 years The Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice has provided Specialist Palliative Care to adult patients and their families affected by a terminal illness (such as cancer, heart or lung disease) in West Surrey and North East Hampshire serving 530,000 residents
 
Every day we support over 140 patients and their families in their own homes, in the community and at the Hospice (on our In-Patient Unit, in Day Hospice, at out-patient appointments and through Patient & Family Services)
 
The NHS covers less than 12% of the Hospice’s costs. This means we have to raise 88p in every pound the Hospice needs, so we rely heavily on the support and generosity of our local community

All of our services are free of charge to our patients and their families, but we need to raise over £15,000 every day to offer such an exceptional standard of clinical care and support
