Following the recent Haitian disaster the March Club decided to send two shelter boxes to the area to aid the survivors. A shelter box consists of emergency equipment of a tent. sleeping bags, cooker, water purification tablets, rope, candles, shovel. flashlight etc designed to support 10 people. The cost of each box is approximately £500. The shelter boxes are sent to Haiti along with other boxes from British Rotary clubs.
